A salt pipe with Lugol’s iodine 12% is a great weapon for all chronic respiratory conditions (see Chapter 10)

Sarcoidosis This is an odd condition that has all the hall marks of chronic infection, but no clear causative microbe has been identified. Propionibacterium acnes, the acne bacterium, and mycobacteria (like the organism that causes TB) are contenders Treat with Groundhog Chronic Steam inhalation with a salt pipe using Lugol’s iodine 12% (see Chapter 10)
